Our Practice

We stand ready to assist clients in all aspects of the development and implementation of their estate plans.  This includes the drafting of wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, gift planning, charitable planning, probate, guardianship, durable powers of attorney, health care surrogacy and living will planning and post-death administration of estates.

We have assisted many clients in transitioning their personal affairs to the State of Florida from other jurisdictions.

Our services also include providing assistance to clients in legal and financial issues typically associated with the personal wealth management.  These include the development and implementation of charitable giving plans, helping families to plan for multi-generational wealth management issues and those areas of legal representation normally encountered by our estate planning clients including the purchase and sale of real property.
